Architects of Learning: Technology and Academics Collaborate The digital revolution is dramatically changing the way today’s learners and educators use digital teaching and learning resources in reimaging teaching and learning environments. More than ever, a school district's technology services and teaching and learning leadership need to work and plan collaboratively to insure the instructional goals of a school system are realized and measured. District Chief Technology Officers and Chief Academic Officers will present and discuss the strategic role and relevance of key informational and instructional technologies that make up the core business of today's schools and examples of how the change is being implemented. In support of the collaborative work, CoSN will share it collaborative work with ASCD that fosters a strategic planning environment that advances digital teaching and leaning. Participants will be engaged to share their experiences around this issue of strategic leadership and relationship building. We invite Technology and Academic leaders to join us as a team for an interactive workshop based on the real-world experiences.
